2. Services & purchases

  • Consults, builds, and service packages are billed according to published pricing or custom quotes.
  • Plugins are licensed per the terms specified on each product page (single-site, multi-site, or unlimited, with 12 months updates/support unless otherwise noted).
  • Payments are due at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. License to use plugins

  • Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the licensed number of sites.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our code without written permission.
  • We provide 12 months of updates and support per purchase. Renewal is optional but required for continued updates/support.

4. User responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our site, services, or plugins.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, sites, and passwords.
  • You agree not to use our tools for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

5. Refund policy

Plugins may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if they do not function as described and support cannot resolve the issue. Refunds are not available for custom services, consults, or partially completed projects once work has started.

6. Limitation of liability

BuildRightWeb and Intangible Treasures LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site, services, or plugins. We provide our products “as-is” and make no guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
