What’s on this page

Overview & who we are

BuildRightWeb.com is operated by Intangible Treasures LLC. We collect the minimum data needed to run our site, deliver services, and improve performance. We do not sell your personal data. Some data processing happens through trusted providers (listed below) strictly to provide our services.

Effective date: October 29, 2025. We’ll post updates here if this policy changes.

Data we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, website URL, and your message when you submit forms or request a consult.
  • Account & transactions: if you buy services or plugins, we receive order metadata and necessary billing details from our payment processor.
  • Technical info: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, and timestamps used to protect the site and improve performance.
  • Cookies: small text files that remember preferences and help us measure what’s working. You can disable cookies in your browser.
  • Optional diagnostics: if you enable usage/diagnostics in our plugins (off by default), we may collect non-personal event data to improve reliability.

How we use data

  • Respond to messages and deliver services you request.
  • Provide quotes, invoices, and support.
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site (fraud/spam prevention, uptime, performance).
  • Improve content and user experience through aggregated analytics.
  • Send essential service notices (e.g., plugin updates). Marketing messages are consent-based and optional.

Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies for preferences and session security. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., GA4 or a lightweight alternative) to understand traffic patterns in aggregate—no creepy stalking, no resale of data.

  • Preferences: remember choices like filters or form inputs.
  • Security: rate limiting and anti-abuse checks.
  • Measurement: page performance and anonymous usage trends.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Some features may work less smoothly without them.

Forms, spam protection & payments

  • Contact & consult forms: We collect the fields you submit (e.g., name, email, phone, message). Email is required to reply.
  • Spam protection: We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 and simple honeypots/timers to detect automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Payments: When you pay (e.g., via PayPal/Venmo/Card on PayPal), payment details are processed by the provider. We receive confirmation and order metadata—not your full card number.

When we share data

We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data with trusted providers strictly to deliver services:

  • Payment processing (e.g., PayPal)
  • Hosting and security (e.g., server, CDN, uptime/monitoring)
  • Email delivery/support tools
  • Analytics (aggregate)

Providers must handle data securely and only for the purpose we engaged them. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

How long we keep data

  • Form submissions: typically 12–24 months for support/reference, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
  • Orders & invoices: retained as required by tax and accounting laws (usually 7 years in many jurisdictions).
  • Analytics: kept in aggregate for trend analysis with reasonable retention windows.

How we protect data

  • HTTPS encryption, hardened WordPress, least-privilege access.
  • Regular updates, backups, and monitoring.
  • Pragmatic logging and rate limiting to deter abuse.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights & choices (GDPR/CCPA)

  • Access: ask for a copy of your personal data.
  • Correction: request updates to inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal data, where applicable.
  • Opt-out: unsubscribe from non-essential emails anytime.
  • Portability & restriction: where required by law.
  • “Do Not Sell or Share” (CCPA): we do not sell personal data. If you have questions, reach out and we’ll confirm handling.

To exercise any right, email support@buildrightweb.com. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Do Not Track

Many browsers offer “Do Not Track.” There’s no common industry response standard yet, but we minimize tracking and avoid selling data regardless.

Children’s privacy

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

International transfers

We’re U.S.-based. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in countries with different laws. We take reasonable steps to protect it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Effective date” at the top shows the latest version.
