Refund Policy
We believe in fair, clear policies. Here’s how refunds work for plugins, services, and consults at BuildRightWeb.
1. Plugins
Our plugins are tested for stability and described accurately. If you experience a critical issue that prevents the plugin from functioning as described, and our support team cannot resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind or “not what I expected.”
- Failure to read product descriptions, requirements, or compatibility notes.
- Conflicts with third-party themes, plugins, or hosting environments beyond our control.
2. Services & builds
Service fees, including custom builds, design work, and SEO systems, are non-refundable once work has started. We bill transparently, and milestones or deliverables are defined before engagement. If you cancel before work begins, any prepaid balance may be refunded at our discretion.
3. Consults
Paid consults are non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we may reschedule without penalty. No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refund.
4. Requesting a refund
To request a refund, email support@buildrightweb.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Policy updates
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
